SCA’s 2nd annual Tat the Teacher was a huge success! 🎉Thanks to the support of our students and families, we raised over $750 for our school! More than 40 staff members joined in on the fun and got “tatted” for a great cause. Thank you to everyone who donated, participated, and helped make this fundraiser such a memorable success! ❤️

Today we celebrated D.A.R.E. Graduation with our Farmington 5th graders! 🍎 Teacher Appreciation Twist at Farmington! 🍎Today, our staff at Farmington enjoyed a Subway lunch—but the appreciation didn’t stop there! Putting science and reading into action, Mrs. Teitelbaum’s class turned those Subway boxes into learning tools. After reading an informational passage on how to build solar ovens, students jumped right in and began the first steps of creating their own. What a creative, hands-on way to review for their upcoming Science SOL! Now we look forward to them baking cookies in their solar ovens 🌞🍪
