🦊 Fantastic Foxes are students who consistently show what it means to be:
Responsible, Kind, Respectful, Safe, Helpful, Considerate, Honest, Patient, and Thoughtful.
🌟Fantastic Foxes are recognized by administration and staff, featured on the WFES Fox News, highlighted on a bulletin board and get a yard sign to share the news in their neighborhood!

Show your spirit by wearing the colors of your country’s flag or the colors of a Latin/Hispanic country you’ve visited—or dream of visiting. Honor a Hispanic hero or role model by dressing like them, or celebrate tradition by wearing traditional clothing!

Members of the CCHS Football Team and Cheerleaders surprised our Foxes today by serving as guest greeters during morning car drop-off! 🚗They brought big smiles, high-fives, and lots of school spirit — and even joined some of our students for breakfast! 🍎🥞 Thank you, CCHS, for spreading kindness and community pride! 💙

📚 They’re discovering that learning to read can be exciting, rewarding, and fun! 💡👏

🌟 Thank You! 🌟
Farmington Elementary would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Greater Piedmont Realtors for their incredible generosity. Their recent donation of adaptive sensory tools and instructional materials will provide meaningful support for students of all abilities. This gift strengthens our ability to create engaging, inclusive learning opportunities and directly supports our mission to help every child “Unleash their Potential.”🦊

📚✨Our 1st graders are hard at work building their Language Arts skills! They’ve been learning in whole group, small group, and independent activities. We are so proud of their focus and growth!🦊💡

Farmington students celebrated Constitution Day with a variety of activities! A special video narrated by students explained the importance of the Constitution, while classes across all grade levels took part in lessons throughout the week in library. A display was also set up featuring educational materials generously donated by the local chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR).

Kindergartners are learning how to safely use devices, follow directions, and practice good digital citizenship. 🌟 These early skills set the foundation for lifelong learning in today’s digital world! 💻🦊

🎉 Today marks the start of Hispanic Heritage Month! https://www.instagram.com/ccpsfes/
Students in Mrs. Steele’s 5th grade class teamed up with Mrs. Nicholson (ITRT) to create papel picado — a beautiful traditional Hispanic folk art made by cutting intricate designs into colorful paper. 🌸🕊️

🦖Dino Walk 2025!
Second grade took a field trip today to Luck Stone Quarry for the Dino Walk!

🍂Farmington's young artists have been working together to create a beautiful autumn hall display. Each student has contributed an acrylic pumpkin, sunflower collage or oil pastel apple. They have read aloud about seasons, learned basket weaving techniques, cut out leaves and collaborated painting the background.🎨

🍎✨ We had a fantastic turnout for our annual Back to School Night! Families learned about Farmington being a proud Title 1 School, visited classrooms, and wrapped up the evening with popsicles on the playground, kindly served by our amazing PTO. 💙🦊 Thank you to everyone who came out to kick off a great school year together!🏫
